Know the Rules Before You Play

Welcome to BetPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BetPro platform at betpro-khelo.com, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support features available to registered members. By creating a BetPro account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use BetPro. We strongly recommend reading this document from start to finish before you begin playing. It is not a long document, and understanding it properly will help you get the most out of your BetPro experience without running into avoidable complications.

These Terms apply to all BetPro users in Pakistan regardless of how they access the platform — desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future BetPro application. They apply equally to the casino section, cricket betting, in-play wagering, and all other features offered on BetPro.

To register and use BetPro, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetPro does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise lawfully permitted to access BetPro's services from your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law.
• You must not be self-excluded from BetPro or any other online gaming platform under a formal exclusion agreement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All BetPro accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of BetPro or any of its associated entities.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. BetPro will send an SMS verification code to confirm your mobile number. You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one BetPro account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If BetPro identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your BetPro login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any other person. BetPro will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BetPro support immediately via live chat so we can temporarily lock the account while you reset your credentials.

Your BetPro account balance is held in PKR and reflects the aggregate of your deposits, net winnings, and any applied bonus credits minus your wagering activity and withdrawals. The balance displayed in your BetPro account is the authoritative record. BetPro does not pay interest on account balances.

If your BetPro account has no login activity for twelve consecutive months, it will be classified as inactive. A dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per calendar month will be applied to the account balance from the point of inactivity. BetPro will attempt to contact you before applying dormancy fees. If your balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

BetPro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point in the transaction process. All amounts displayed on BetPro are in PKR.

Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. BetPro may add or remove supported payment methods at any time with advance notice to members where possible.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits are credited to your BetPro wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). IBFT and card deposits may take up to two business hours depending on your bank.
• BetPro does not charge a deposit fee. Your payment provider may charge their own fees — check with your provider.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 500
• Your identity must be verified (KYC complete) before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible, as a security measure.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) typically complete within fifteen minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• BetPro reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers its AML or fraud monitoring systems.

All bets placed on BetPro are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, casino game, or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that particular market. Game-specific rules are accessible from within the BetPro game interface before you place any stake.

General betting rules applicable across all BetPro markets:

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from BetPro and the bet appears in your active bets list. Bets that do not appear in the active bets list have not been accepted.
• BetPro may refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets from accounts where irregular betting patterns have been detected.
• In the event of a technical failure during the placement of a bet, the bet will be void and your stake returned. BetPro is not liable for losses resulting from connection interruptions on the user's end.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• BetPro may void any bet where it is reasonably evident that the odds were published in error, where integrity concerns have been raised, or where the outcome was known to the bettor at the time of placing the bet.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your BetPro wallet immediately on result confirmation.

For cricket specifically: in the event a match is abandoned or does not meet the minimum overs threshold required for a result, match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. Session and in-play bets already in progress at the point of abandonment are settled per the specific rules displayed for that market on BetPro.

BetPro offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and event-specific promotions tied to fixtures such as PSL matches or ICC tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all BetPro promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are only available to eligible accounts. BetPro reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any account it determines has been opened or operated with the intention of exploiting promotional offers.
• Each BetPro bonus has a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager from your combined bonus and deposit balance before the bonus portion can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your BetPro account.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time on a BetPro account. You cannot stack multiple promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from a free bet (net of the free bet stake) can be withdrawn after meeting any associated wagering requirements.
• BetPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, notice will be given before a promotion is withdrawn.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BetPro. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using BetPro to process, conceal, or transfer funds of illegal origin. BetPro is required by its operational obligations to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one BetPro account for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent a suspension or self-exclusion.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using non-public information or in connection with any attempt to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at casino tables or in betting markets to gain an unfair advantage over BetPro or other users.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the BetPro platform without written permission from BetPro.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing, or abusing BetPro customer support staff in any communication channel. BetPro operates a zero-tolerance policy on this.

BetPro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BetPro will inform the account holder via the registered email address or mobile number. Any funds deposited from legitimate sources will be returned to the originating payment method once the investigation is concluded, unless the investigation determines that those funds were involved in fraudulent activity.

If you wish to close your BetPro account voluntarily, contact our support team via live chat. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid to your registered payment method within five business days. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.

BetPro is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino games should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to every BetPro account holder from the account settings page at any time, without delay:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your BetPro wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can stake in any given period on BetPro's betting or casino products.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you after a specified amount of time has passed during a playing session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a mandatory break from BetPro for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets. Your account remains open and your balance is preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BetPro for a minimum of six months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the specified period. Your balance will be returned to your registered payment method after self-exclusion is confirmed.

As a BetPro member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any BetPro content without our express written permission.

The BetPro name, logo, and betpro-khelo.com domain are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — online or offline — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

BetPro collects and processes personal data in connection with the registration, verification, and operation of your account. The full details of what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are as a data subject are set out in BetPro's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key data practices at BetPro include:

• All personal data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL and encrypted at rest on BetPro's secure servers.
• BetPro does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Identity documents collected during KYC verification are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.
• BetPro may share transaction data with licensed payment processors and relevant authorities where required by law or to investigate fraud.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data BetPro holds about you by contacting our support team.

BetPro provides its platform "as is" and to the best of its ability. While we work hard to ensure continuous, reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or events outside BetPro's control — including network outages, payment processor downtimes, or force majeure events — may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetPro's total liability to any individual member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the twelve months preceding the claim.

BetPro is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Your own betting decisions, regardless of the information available at the time.
• Technical failures on your device, internet connection, or mobile network.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

BetPro may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, payment methods, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will notify all registered BetPro members by email to their registered address and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the platform before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights or obligations — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version of the Terms.

If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using BetPro and close your account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of BetPro after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or your use of BetPro, are governed by the applicable laws and regulations under which BetPro operates. BetPro is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your BetPro experience — a disputed bet settlement, a payment issue, or any other concern — the correct process is as follows:

• Step 1: Contact BetPro customer support via live chat, email, or our support form. Provide your account details and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2: BetPro will investigate and respond within 72 hours. For complex cases, the investigation may take up to 14 days. You will receive regular updates during this period.
• Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with BetPro's resolution, you may escalate the complaint to BetPro's senior management team by writing to our registered support email address with the subject line "Escalated Complaint."

BetPro will not enter into public disputes about individual accounts on social media or third-party forums. All dispute communications should be directed through official BetPro channels.
