Go to betpro-khelo.com and click the Register button in the top navigation. You will need a valid Pakistani mobile number, an email address, your full name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, and your city. The process takes under two minutes. Once you submit your details and verify your mobile number with the OTP we send, your BetPro account is created and ready to use immediately. Visit Register to get started.

No. BetPro allows one account per person, and this is enforced strictly. Duplicate accounts are detected through identity verification and payment records. If a duplicate account is found, both accounts are closed and any balances in them may be forfeited. If you have lost access to your original BetPro account, contact support via live chat to recover it rather than creating a new one.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email address, and BetPro will send a one-time password (OTP) to verify your identity. Once you enter the OTP, you will be prompted to create a new password. The entire reset process takes under 3 minutes. If you do not receive the OTP, check that you have entered the correct number — or contact BetPro support via live chat for immediate assistance.

You can register and deposit on BetPro without submitting any documents. However, before your first withdrawal is processed, BetPro requires identity verification (KYC). You will need to upload a clear photo or scan of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — along with a selfie. Pakistani nationals can also use their NICOP if they are residing abroad. For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or email address on BetPro must be done through our support team rather than directly from your account settings. BetPro does not charge any deposit fees on its end. The full amount you send is credited to your BetPro PKR wallet. However, some banks or mobile wallet providers may charge their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the payment method used. Check with your bank or Easypaisa/JazzCash for their own fee schedules. BetPro has no control over third-party provider fees.

First, wait at least 10 minutes — occasional processing delays can occur during peak times. If the deposit still has not appeared, take a screenshot of your Easypaisa transaction record showing the transaction reference number, date, time, and amount, then contact BetPro support via live chat. Share the screenshot with the support agent and they will trace the payment and credit your wallet manually if the transfer is confirmed on their end. Yes. BetPro's live in-play cricket betting is one of its most popular features. You can place bets on a match while it is in progress — odds update ball by ball based on the live situation. Markets available in-play include match winner, next wicket, runs in next over, current run rate, and more depending on the match. In-play betting requires a funded BetPro account and is available on all major cricket fixtures listed in the Cricket Betting section.

Pre-match bets on BetPro are generally not cancellable once confirmed. The bet slip confirmation is the point of commitment. In limited circumstances — such as a clearly incorrect odds display due to a technical error — BetPro may void a bet, but this is at BetPro's discretion under the Terms and Conditions. For in-play bets, cancellation is not possible once the bet is placed. Yes. BetPro's Andar Bahar is a live dealer game using real physical cards dealt by a real dealer on camera. There is no software-generated random number generator involved in live dealer Andar Bahar — the outcome is determined by the physical card dealt. For RNG-based casino games (like most Slots), BetPro uses certified random number generator software from licensed game providers. Live dealer games (Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette) require a real PKR stake to play — free play is not available for live tables.
